13 reasons why you should take your dog on holiday with you

So, Alzu & I have been on a road trip across India since October last year. If you are wondering why I started this journey, here’s my detailed story. Dogs love traveling as much as humans do and it gives them a great opportunity to see new sights, interact with people, and strengthen the bond that you share together. There are lots of benefits to taking your dog with you on holiday, and not just because they provide excellent company and can help reduce the cost of your trip. If you’re still not convinced, here are 13 reasons why you should take your dog on holiday:

They are great companions while you travel.

Dogs are the perfect travel companions — they’re always up for an adventure and they love spending time with their humans. They’ll also help you meet new people while you’re on holiday as most dog owners are happy to stop and chat when they see you out and about with your pooch. After all, who doesn’t love a cute puppy?

It’s a fantastic opportunity for your dog to get some exercise.

Dogs are social creatures and love being around people. A vacation is the perfect opportunity for them to meet new friends (both two-legged and four-legged).

You can bond with your furry friend while exploring new places together. Your dog can act as a natural alarm clock, so you’ll never oversleep again!

You can avoid leaving your dog in a kennel. If you’re worried about leaving your dog in a kennel while you go on holiday, taking them with you is the perfect solution. That way, you can rest assured knowing that your furry friend is safe and sound and having just as great a time as you are.

You can find pet-friendly accommodation and activities easily these days.Thanks to the rise in popularity of pets, it’s now easier than ever to find pet-friendly accommodation and activities when you’re on holiday. So there’s really no excuse not to take your furry friend with you. I will share a list of pet-friendly hotels I stayed at during my travels in the next blog post.
